Founding Vision

Philosophy

While studying in medical school, I established a student organization to explore solutions to postpartum depression through the efforts of students. This made me realize how much medical professionals and government administrators care for the people living in Tokushima.

At the same time, I also noticed that very few people accessed the valuable information shared by these medical and government professionals, such as advice like “Pay attention to this to prevent issues” or “Refer here if you need help.”

In today’s age of information overload, it is nearly impossible to properly access, understand, and act upon all available information, even if it is valuable. Therefore, we need systems that make information accessible while being closely integrated into people’s daily lives.

With the rise in recognition of chronic diseases due to innovations in medical technology, coupled with the increasing focus on preventive medicine and public health, the goal of staying healthy is no longer confined to hospitals. Instead, there is growing momentum to promote health at the community level.

We decided to establish this company with the vision of becoming a bridge between hospitals and communities. By incorporating human-centered design inspired by behavioral economics and design engineering, we strive to contribute to accessible healthcare solutions that help maintain and improve lives at the community level.

Message

Traditional healthcare has focused on early detection through health checkups, aiming to identify individuals who require support and implement prevention or treatment efforts. However, people like students unable to visit hospitals due to social withdrawal, or elderly individuals delaying medical visits until they start receiving pensions, often face a high risk of their conditions becoming critical by the time they seek care.

This is why we must turn our attention to the social factors that drive individuals into unhealthy conditions and create a society where people can achieve better health. Integrating various fields such as engineering, economics, education, design, and urban planning, we aim to grow into a company that plays a pivotal role in this effort.

Between the states of being healthy or ill, there is a stage called “pre-symptomatic.” “Pre-symptomatic” refers to a condition where one has not yet developed a full-blown illness but is moving away from a state of health. Preventing this is the goal of preventive medicine. I believe that maintaining health begins with adopting this measure, and I hope to assist in this endeavor.
